‘Tips for Health’ with Fruits, Vegetables & Healthy Snacks

* To store cut fruit and vegetables on transparent bowl in the fridge, so you can see the kids and get them on their own.

* Other good ideas are low-fat plain yogurt or fruit, crackers, nuts or whole grains with low-fat cheese, breadsticks total grains.”
